Hummus

I like hummus, but unfortunately the one from a grocery store tastes not quite as it should, so it's handy to know how to make it yourself!
It will make you happy, it's easy to make, your friends will ask you for a recipe and it will be overall a pleasant experience.

Ingredients :
1 can of chickpeas
2 tbsp light tahini
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp water
1 tsp fine salt
1 garlic clove
juice from 1/2 of lemon
1. Drain the chickpeas and rinse them with cold water. Place them in a bowl/food processor.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the chickpeas and blend it in a food processor or with hand blender for 2-5 minutes, until it's completely smooth.
Serve it with vegetables cut into sticks as a dip or on a naan/flatbread with some toppings as a lovely lunch option.
