Here is the perfect addition to yesterday's recipe - naan bread!
It's fluffy and delicious. You can serve it with curry, hummus or soup.
It's one step closer to your breakfast bread than tortillas. You will only need the ingredients, your hands, a bowl and a pan to have an amazing naan bread!
Recipe is based on one of the Ottolenghi's recipes.

Recipe is for 8 naan breads.
Ingredients :
250 g plain flour
250 g bread flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 sachet of yeast
130 g natural yoghurt
220 ml warm water (mix 50/50 cold and hot)
butter
1. Take a medium-sized mixing bowl. Put flour, salt, sugar and yeast and whisk it to distribute the yeast evenly through out the dry mix.
2. Add yoghurt and mix it into the dry mix with a spoon. Add warm water and mix it with a spoon until everything is roughly combined.
3. Take the dough out on the counter and knead for 5 minutes (you can use stand mixer with hook attachment for 3-4 min).
4. Shape it into a log and divide into 8 portions. Shape each of them into a ball, place on a tray and cover with cling film. Leave them in a warm place for 1 hour (until they doubled in size).
5. Put a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Take each ball one by one and roll out into oval shape, they should be about 5 mm thick. Dry-fry each naan for 1 min on each side, until they get nice colour and create bubbles or inflate (while on a pan).
They are best when served hot and brushed with melted butter/garlic butter. You can reheat leftover naan on a pan or in the oven the next day.
Enjoy!
